Roles and Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
- To drive integrated marketing efforts that enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement through digital channels, marketing automation, and sales operations support. This role bridges marketing initiatives with sales productivity to improve market share and customer reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis & Product Communication
- Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor benchmarking for the concrete equipment sector.
- Develop product-specific content and technical collateral in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering team.
- Create newsletters, mailers, and product presentations for the Sales teams as per the brand guidelines.
2. Sales Operations Support
- Collaborate with Sales teams to optimize CRM utilization, lead tracking, and pipeline visibility.
- Coordinate with regional sales and product teams to map customer journeys and refine lead to conversion processes.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, market opportunities, and gaps in customer engagement
- Support the development and rollout of Sales Enablement tools and Sales Apps.
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Lead SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to boost digital footprint and inbound leads.
- Manage digital channels including social media content planning, email marketing, and landing page optimization.
- Drive lead generation through platforms like India MART and implement corrective actions based on monthly performance.
4. Marketing Automation & Tools
- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Zoho Marketing Plus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo.
- Automate email campaigns, customer segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture workflows.
- Track and report campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
5. Events, Exhibitions & Campaigns
- Plan and execute participation in trade exhibitions like EXCON, BAUMA, Concrete Show in co-ordination with Marketing head
- Coordinate with product managers and regional teams for Product Launches, Roadshows, and Customer Meets.[ Focus to drive BTL activities ]
- Handle vendor management and logistics for marketing events.
6. After-Sales Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Support After Sales and Parts teams in conceptualizing and executing service campaigns, customer loyalty programs, and retention initiatives.
- Design content and campaigns for customer health check-ups and feedback collection through CRM team.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain dashboards for tracking digital marketing metrics, lead conversions, and sales enablement outcomes.
- Monitor CRM data hygiene and provide actionable insights for both Marketing and Sales teams.
- Assist in budgeting and monthly marketing expense tracking.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, sales operations, and digital campaign management.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Excellent content development skills for technical and product marketing.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Good collaboration and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz).
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Analytics from a reputed institute.
Preferred Industry Background
- B2B Industrial / Capital Goods / Construction Equipment / Automotive Components.
